A Class is always associated with a Bell Schedule. This schedule forms the base for the timetable. Initially, the timetable will only show this schedule and have no subjects and teachers for the sessions (see image below). Creating a timetable is essentially adding subjects and teachers to each session in the week.
Select Classes in the main menu and click on Timetable in the options available.
To add a subject and teacher to a session, click on the 3 dots (highlighted in the image above). An Edit Timetable Session form will come up as shown below.
Select a subject, select one or more teachers and click on Save Changes. Repeat this process for all the sessions.
The 3 dots to enable editing of the timetable will be visible as long as the timetable is unpublished. Publishing is a process that must be done once you have completed filling up the timetable. This is done by clicking on the Publish link that is available at the top right of the screen.
